RealtyBloom.ai (“RealtyBloom”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered social media platform built for real estate agents. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the third parties involved in delivering the service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account information you provide during sign-up (name, email, password hash).
  • Profile and brand details (headshot, brokerage, contact info, brand colors).
  • Listing information you enter (address, price, photos, MLS details).
  • Content you generate or upload (posts, captions, graphics, media).
  • Billing information collected by our payment processor (see Section 4).
  • Social account tokens you connect for publishing (see Section 4).
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic logs.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the service: generate content, schedule posts, and publish on your behalf.
  • To process subscription and one-time Listing Launch payments.
  • To improve the product, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.

4. Third parties we share data with

We rely on the following processors to operate the service. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function.

  • Supabase — authentication and database storage for your account, listings, and generated content.
  • Stripe — payment processing for Agent subscriptions and one-time Listing Launch purchases. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store them.
  • Zernio — connects and publishes to the social accounts you link (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google). Access tokens are stored to enable scheduled publishing.
  • OpenAI — generates AI-authored captions, copy, and content suggestions from the prompts and listing data you submit.

5. Data retention

We retain account, listing, and content data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and operational needs. Specific retention windows are placeholder and pending legal review.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Deletion requests will remove your account and associated content, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard controls including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and role-based access to protect your data.
