1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RealtyBloom.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

RealtyBloom.ai provides an AI-powered social content platform for real estate agents, including listing launch campaigns, scheduled publishing, and AI-generated captions and graphics.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to represent any brokerage or property you enter into the platform.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans and one-time Listing Launch purchases are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Refund eligibility is placeholder and pending legal review.

5. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties to operate. Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms.
  • Supabase — authentication and data storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Zernio — publishing to your connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google accounts.
  • OpenAI — AI-generated captions and content.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of listings, media, and content you submit. You grant RealtyBloom a limited license to store, process, generate derivatives of, and publish that content on your behalf to accomplish what you asked the platform to do.

7. AI-generated output

AI-generated captions and copy are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, MLS/fair-housing compliance, and suitability before publishing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing content, or to abuse connected social platforms in ways that violate their policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Final wording is placeholder pending legal review.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
